Global Data Consultants, LLC Announces the Asset Acquisition of Holder Technology Group

Chambersburg, PA – December 5, 2006 - Global Data Consultants, LLC, (Global Data) announces the asset acquisition of Chambersburg-based Holder Technology Group (HTG). As a result, Global Data will assume support and development responsibilities for all HTG’s clients. The acquisition will broaden Global Data’s client base and provide enhanced service offerings to current HTG clients.
